Some big 4 companies, do not reduce notice period to less than 1 month, even after buyout

Adesh1234 , Not currently. You can’t defer. You can write to adcom stating your constraints and hope they expedite. RaushanBhardwaj1 , not sure if it’s that simple with each organization.
