Hello everyone. I just finished my interview with Prof Scott Smart in Mumbai. It was a completely conversational. Questions were more on the lines of what other candidates have posted earlier on the thread. The additional questions are mentioned below:
1. Do you feel that the transition from work to study mode would be challenging for you? How do you intend to take care of that?
2. How do you tackle a situation where there are slackers in your team and the team does not have any hierarchy.
3. How do you motivate your team?
4. What steps have you taken to ensure that you prepare yourself well for the industry transition that you are looking at?
