Hi, Did anyone face problems while uploading their responses? I tried to set up the system yesterday and today. Even though the speed is good, it takes a lot of time(more than 20minutes) to upload the mic response while setup. Now the first question downloaded like a breeze but the answer is still uploading after 45 minutes. I have contacted support at Kira talent. Also, I have restarted my laptop after switching off firewall and have the latest flash player installed. I have even tried two different browsers. Any help?

Well, submitted video essays and really wish I had practiced more on timing. I didn't even really answer "why Kellogg" during the second question. Had about 15 seconds left and no idea why did this but I said out loud "oh wow I'm running out of time" - and then proceeded to run out of time...was cut off at "so Kellogg is" Could not have planned it worse if I tried EDIT: Posted this last year after the video essays I did poorly on (have a random inability to leave coherent voicemails and this taps directly into that weakness). Submitted my app and video essay this past Saturday. The waiting game begins.... Since Kellogg tries to interview everyone stateside, when should I hear back? It's been a few days and I am getting nervous.

did you pick off campus? If so it says on their website that you will get your interview assignment 4-6 weeks after the application due date

For anyone who has already taken the video essay - how many questions was it? I initially thought it was just three, but the information on Kellogg's site is a bit ambiguous and makes it sound like it could be many after the "ice-breaker" and career goals/Kellogg question.

Three. For example: - ICEBREAKER: Favorite food and why - the one they tell you they'll ask basically saying what's your plan and why kellogg - Interview style question: when was a time you were out of your comfort zone I HIGHLY recommend timing yourself on the second one. You know the question so be sure you can answer quickly without saying "oh wow I'm running out of time" and then getting cut-off mid sentence. It happens....

Thank you! I'm surprised just 3 questions since people are saying it's taking them something like 15-20 minutes. Did it really take you that long to finish the actual video essay portion (not counting set-up or practice)?

Of course not, you get 20sec to prepare and 60sec to answer so if you just blew through it the whole thing wouldn't take more than 5 minutes. However you definitely should practice at least to get a feel for how quickly 60sec is up. Plus setup is probably going to take you about 3-5 minutes.

Oh that's good to know, whew thanks! I did pick off campus (actually had no choice since I'm in Chicago and Kellogg requires off-campus for Chicago residents).
