It has to be 'formal'. Just don't dress up for Friday, a dress shirt would be just fine. I went for a blazer because it helped me set the tone, which is a personal preference.

Has anyone gotten any communications from Kellogg. I just got an email from associate director of admissions saying if you want to know anything else let us know. Not sure if its a generic email or what. Did anyone get any emails like that?

Hmm, no I haven't received any communication from Northwestern since they said thank you for submitting your application.

I submitted my app on 18th and got the email yesterday. Was just curious if the same email was sent to other candidates as well.

There's a high probability you're interviewing with the same person ;)

This could actually be true - analyse which interview-city was opted by how many folks, get corresponding number of alums on board and once they confirm, send out the invites.
