Too different. Very deep introspective questions about how I rate my career trajectory and what percentile I keep myself at in my latest role etc... And I guess he was under performance pressure as an interviewer too. He kept repeating certain questions

Hmm, could be. Something that most indians struggles with. The moment to get into a power position, first thought they get - "how do i uphold this" and in turn takes this on their ego. Thus, they unintentionally [or maybe not] ruins the fun of the whole process for the other person.

I wanted to ask is it fine to apply to Kellogg from India in round 3? I mean looking at the visa processing time, is round 3 fine? or should I apply in round 1/2
