In for Round-2! Submitted my application 2 days ago, and received an interview invite within 12 hrs of submitting. I was perplexed as to how fast they actually sent the invite! I am not sure if it is because of the application fee waiver or not, but I'm excited to interview
Booked my slot for the 17th. Will share my experience then. Good luck to everyone!

dude u got an interview invite in 12 hours wow.... well i submitted my application for round 2
This time period was the worst. I know what you are all going through right now, and my best piece of advice is to just keep yourselves busy the rest of this week. Revisit that hobby that you've neglected while working on applications. Binge-watch some Netflix. Catch up with old friends. Start a charity for poor, starving MBA students.
The point is, do something productive or fun. Don't do what I did and spend the entire week checking the application page for all the schools applied to, then checking this forum, eating some chocolate to dull the pain of not knowing, and then repeating the process 30 minutes later. Down that path is much sadness and extra belly fat.
EA Folks, how is everyone holding? Less than a week to decisions.....
Not so gud here..i guess people would start getting calls this friday r8
I doubt that they will start calling Friday. If they do, they are going to leave so many people in limbo over the weekend....

I think they started calling on the friday itself last year. The result day was 2nd Feb 2015 a Monday and I saw people posting their admits on the Friday itself. It may not be the case with international applicants though.

If they do start calling out admits on Friday, who doesn't get call will have a dull weekend for sure. On the other hand, one who do gets the call will have a hung over weekend...

Round 2 applicant. Interview today. Conversational. Adcom Associate Dean. Questions standard for the most part, except one I haven't heard before but saw on the forums...Why did you chose your undergrad? I have a unique alma mater, so my answer was simple.
Received my interview request a few weeks before submitting. They had my GMAT and one of my recommendations. One of the Admissions employees explained today that they send out some invitations early if they like recommendations or scores. Makes sense to me I guess. My recommender must have done a good job!

Luckily I have probably the biggest presentation of my career next Tuesday, so I've got a lot to keep me occupied. Nevertheless, it still is quite hard being in the not-know; my entire future is in a constant state of flux!
