Yea, I too just got done with my interviews. How did the interviews go for you? Any idea what’s the rejection rate?

Yes I am an Indian. 'zinzin' was just a random username. I had no clue that it was a French slang! I do not speak French at all. I have already been admitted to the Jan 2020 intake. From what I have researched, summer opportunities are non-existent for Jan intakes. Wanted to understand your opinion on whether the MBA without internship opportunities is still worth the expense? Also how much does the HEC brand hold value for non-French speakers looking to move into other countries ?

I think it is not that big a problem. I mean, making it to the interviews is the main obstacle. I read somewhere else on the forum that the rejection rate at interviews is not that big. But all this is speculation... Posted from my mobile device

Dino732 mynk13 From the decision tracker, I see For the year 2020, 51 got admitted out of 61 interviewed applicants. Acceptance rate post interviews = 83.6% For the year 2019, 24 got admitted out of 33 interviewed applicants. Acceptance rate post interviews = 72.72% For the year 2018, 23 got admitted out of 27 interviewed applicants. Acceptance rate post interviews = 85.18% The "interviewed" to "admission" rate for HEC is pretty high. Good luck. Guys, What will be R1 deadline for Sep-2020 intake. I saw in earlier intakes it was 01-June.

Hi, thanks for asking. I’m Vietnamese/Australian (dual citizenship) and have also lived and worked in the US. GPA and GRE score are well above average with strong EC. Im thinking of applying in May for Sept 2019 intake...not sure if it is too late to apply now. Should I apply for Jan 2020 intake ? I want a career switch into Marketing/ luxury brand management. Thank you!! It definitely is? They said they will send official email tomorrow morning and apparently this evening they had a meeting. So tomorrow morning (Paris time) they should contact everyone.
