Fantastic input, thank you. I like your point about why MBA and having clear goals. This is often underestimated. You need to present yourself as a bankable opportunity; inspire them with your vision. Show you have focus and you are going places. Important to have a great backward-looking profile but they also need a vision for the future.
Of course IIT helps and it sounds like you have strong communication skills. Still, very impressed with how far you come with a 710 as an Indian. I helped an Indian get into Wharton with that score and I think they are naming a day after me in Mumbai ha jk. Hope you get admit you most desire! Congrats again.
