I have submitted my application before the R2 deadline. But the recommendations were submitted after the deadline. Will my application be considered in R2?

guys need your opinion, my application is considered "complete" for processing right ?
I submitted my application on 2 Dec.
However, 3 of my supplemental are outstanding (not received).
1. Official GMAT => because i am applying via a CFA level 3 GMAT waiver, i didn't give the GMAT (attached the confirmation in optional items)
2. official Transcript => because it said, official transcript only required if offered admission
3. IELTS result => didn't give it, because being a Pakistani i am not required to.

Hi Guys, need help.
While filling my application, in the employment history section rather than give a position wise listing I by mistake gave my current position for the entire 5 years (but my resume gives information on the promotions and achievement in each position). Should I write to the adcom on my mistake or leave it just like that?
