Hey guys, I'm reviewing my application one last time and am confused on 2 quick things:

Nationality - I was born in a foreign country, moved to the USA in 1998 and officially became a citizen in 2001 and have been living here since. They ask about my "Start Date of Current Nationality" and "Start Date of Residence". Which dates are they asking for here? The dates I moved or became a citizen of the US?

If you were also born in another country, how did you answer this?

Employment History - I should fill this out for all roles I've had since graduating right, not only my most recent one? This has been the case with all my applications so far but this one isn't clear and makes it seem like I only need the most recent one.

Thanks in advance!

I believe "Start date of residence" would be the time you became a permanent resident which sounds like 1998. "Start date of current nationality" would be 2001.

I have a similar situation. Moved to Canada in 1999. Became a citizen later. But I also lived abroad for several stints. Do I put 1999 as my "Start date of residence?" Or would it be when I moved back to Canada?

Agree the phrasing is unclear. Yes I would put all your positions. Even if it's not necessary, I'm sure it will only help the application

Hello everyone, I just had my interview (R2) and I've read in some places that is recommended to send an email to the interviewer thanking her for the interview? What do you suggest?

Hi, you should definitely send a thank you note, but make sure it's not too late(like after 24 hours). Also, can you share your interview experience?

Really i didnt know
Also how do you get the email of your interviewer?

Posted from my mobile device

I reached out to the admissions team to get my interviewers email address.

Wow, tried submitting my app. But the payment gateway failed multiple times. Deadlines passed I guess. Sad that I won't be able to submit in time for the deadline.

Deadline is 23:59 GMT so you still have about 6 hours?

Even if you were just over the deadline, email the admin team to see if they could help. There could potentially be a system issue. I wouldn't gibe up that easy at the final hurdle!

Oh really, is the deadline 2359?? I had read somewhere it was 1800 hrs.

This is from their FAQ:

When should I apply?
For 2019 entry, there are four application stages:

Stage 1 deadline: 7 September 2018
Stage 2 deadline: 2 November 2018
Stage 3 deadline: 11 January 2019
Stage 4 deadline: 5 April 2019

The deadline is 23:59 GMT.

If it helps, I also attended their open day on November 2 and they asked my group if any of us had submitted that day already or were going to after finishing up at the open day events (for Round 2), so the deadline is not through yet.

The deadline was 17:00 for LBS as I remember, I don't know any schools with 18:00 as a deadline. Cambridge is also 23:59.

Hi all,

I turned in my MBA application fall 2019 intake. However, I only stated my most recent job under the employment history status. I am not sure whether there was a way for me to post all my past roles with other companies. Please advise. Am I done? What do you think I should do now?

Thank you!

Hi trinity27

I included all my previous roles in the application as there was the option to do.

In your case, I would definitely reach out to the Admissions team, brief them on the situation and check what can be done. All the best! :)

Hi Fniaz,

Thank you for the advise. You are right. I should do that. I am going to follow your advise. How stupid I could have been. :)

Just received a mail from Said school for interviewing shortlisting.
Can someone provide guidance as to how to approach it?
I do know the basic MBA questions.
Would love anybody's experience for interviews.

Thanks :D
