Working toward the R2 deadline now. At what point can I submit a college preference?

And did everyone else tailor their resume to be exactly like the template provided, or just use it as a general guideline for the information to include?

You can submit your college preference, once offered a place. I „rebuilt“ the CV template and it hasn’t been disadvantageous to my application ;)

however, im afraid that both of my recommendation letters wont be submitted by deadline - 2Nov
they might submit it a bit late - probably a day or two

Do you think this will get pushed to round 3?

Your main focus should be on having a concise and clear resume. If someone hadn't seen your application, they would want it summarised on your CV. The template is there as guidance for that.

You get about a week after your application deadline for your recommendation to be submitted. Saïd will send you an email about this once you submit your application.

I suggest that you go ahead and submit your application.
