Can anyone who requested for an application fee waiver help me please ?

1) For the 3.3 GPA condition - I have my GPA in the 10 point scale. Simon requires that to be translated to a 4.0 scale by a 'credential evaluation service'. Can anyone suggest about where/how I can get such a translation ?

2) The minimum 4 years work experience condition : Is this the work exp at the time of application submission or is it the exp when we will be joining the school ?

There are a couple of posts in the previous page of this thread with interview questions from this year. My interview was over Skype so you could take my post as a sample of questions asked in a Skype interview.

Hope it helps and good luck for your interview!

Thanks kheown SohamDutta for your inputs.

It was a blind interview and lasted for close to 30 minutes.
Fairly common questions:

1. What are your short term goals? Long term goals? Plan B?
2. Why Simon?
3. Why MBA?
4. Details of Professional Experience
a. Leadership
b. International
c. Travel experiences
5. There were some weakness in my application and I was asked to send an updated file for the document. Which I have.

Good luck to the rest!

I had my interview on 26th October 2015. Does anyone have any idea as to how much time it takes to get a decision?

If you look at profiles updates on "..Class 2017" topic, you will notice that "admitted" updates are dated aroung mid of Dec for R1. I presume it might be the same this year.

I just got done with my interview. Was interviewed by Nicole Krestos. She is such a friendly lady. Very encouraging and relaxed conversation we had.
Questions where the usual -
Walk through of resume?
Why MBA?
Why Simon?
Questions specific to my role and company?
Strongest and weakest qualities?
International travel experience?
Situation of Ethical Dilemma?

And then I asked my questions. All the best to everyone yet to be interviewed.

Finished my interview today. Was interviewed by Jennifer from the admissions committee. It was pretty relaxed interview. She made it quite clear in the beginning itself that it was a blind interview.

I had my interview scheduled for 7:15 pm and up until that point, I had no idea as to who’s gonna be taking the interview. Honestly I was getting anxious. Exactly at 7:15 got an interview call.
I was told its gonna be 30 min interview. The whole process was wrapped up in exactly half an hour.

The questions were pretty standard.

1. Introduce yourself. Touching upon your educational background, professional experiences and other extra-curricular (Keep it down to 3 mins).
2. Why MBA? Why now?
3. What are your career plans? Where do you see yourself after an MBA from Simon?
4. Any international exposure? Have you visited to US before?
5. Follow up question (I didn’t have any international work exp) Do you see that as a disadvantage?
6. Why Simon?
7. Follow up question on the clubs that you are interested in.
8. There are number of applicants come from similar background as yours and with identical career goals. What differentiates you?
9. Talk about strengths that would help you with post career goals?
10. How do you work in group or team based environments? What role do you take up in such situations?
11. Tell me about your areas which you seek to improve?

Then I asked couple of questions. Well that was it.

All the best to the fellow applicants who have their interviews lined up.

Hey Guys,

I applied in the second round to simon. I had a query regarding the applicqaiton requirements. DO we need to send our official GMAT and TOEFL scores to the admissions office? From whatever I could comprehend from the admissions page, we just need to upload the score reports in our applications. Request you guys to pelase clarify over this.

Best Regards
Akshay
