I almost forgot about this application and was struggling whether to retake GMAT and give it another try this year or forget about the MBA thing and focus on expanding the business
Then there is an email from Stanford!!
I have to read it 3 times to make sure it is real! hahaha...
then the next serious realization is.....my goodness I did not think about prepping interview at all!!
I know people often say, be yourself.
I have been a veteran debater and speaker for a few years, so I can hold a decent (and usually fun) conversation. That should be fine.
but but but, I should answer those questions with some sort of depth?
I am in real estate in south east asia, bridging projects with Chinese investors and want to build real estate fund in the future and invest in meaningful projects.
How do I answer "why stanford" with the utmost sincerity and relevance?
can someone also share some insight on GSB d school/real estate club/PE club/SEED funding?
Should I hire consultants for the paid Mock Interviews? Any recommendation for a great GSB consultant?

Well I know of someone from Nigeria who got invited and interviewed already. She got the invite in the last week of February. Her GMAT is not so high with 9years of experience in investment banking.

Was her undergrad GPA really high? I have noticed that Stanford fancies high undergrad GPAs.
. Congrats to all who did get invites though!
