Hi everyone, I wanted to ask if anyone else had this same experience - one of my recommenders just got a call from a GSB Adcom asking some clarification questions about my role. I didn't misrepresent my role and my recommender is supportive of me and wrote a fairly good recommendation but I'm still a little worried since it seems like an unusual action for them to take. Has this happened to anyone else?

It has happened with few of my clients. Don't take it in a negative way.

Schools can have some confusion regarding the stuff your recommenders wrote and hence they can check it out. Or else, they can check with him to see if he really wrote the reco.

Just because they called him doesn't mean that schools is suspicious about the reco.

When do you think the acceptance phone calls stop for the day? I still haven’t gotten a phone call (in India) so wondering if that means my hopes are shot. Does everyone who gets accepted get a phone call?

The data in the decision tracker from the past year and this year so far suggests that every admit gets a call.

Hi All,

If you ever participated in an exchange program where the selection process was highly competitive and you were selected to represent your country, where does it belong to in the application?

Really appreciate any assistance.

Thanks a lot in advance!

Not really, GSB really does things on their own timetable, many schools try to work in advance of the stated window/deadline but GSB not as much.
