Does anyone know about the timing of when we could expect an admit decision if it were to come? What is the earliest that might happen? Is it a scenario where it's somewhat of a rolling basis as EA admits decline and spots open up or as they evaluate us in comparison with the R1 folks? Or do they just hang on to us as backups all the way through R2/R3 and the earliest we could expect a decision is after they work through all of the regular rounds?

I was waitlisted as well, but since I got an Admit from another school I have taken that option. This is information from the Tuck Website : " Admission of applicants from the waiting list typically does not occur until the middle of May at the earliest, and is concluded by July 1. Hi everyone,

I have a quick question for this group. I'm little confused based on the information I see on Tuck's website. While the blog that was referenced in the WL letter says someone from AdCom team would reach out and there will be updates in May, the FAQ section says every round WL pool is evaluated. Does that mean EA round pool will be evaluated with Nov round applicants? In that case, we may be hearing from Adcom in Feb whether we remain in the pool or are dropped out, right?

Looking forward for someone to put my anxiety at rest!

Received an email with the subject “An Update Has Been Made To Your Tuck Application” that said “Your admission decision is now available.“

It just said that I had confirmed interest in the waitlist. No decision. I confirmed it on Dec 15th, I guess they just updated heir systems today?

Not sure if you've already gotten an answer to your question, but it's possible they might reach out to you prior to May - I was on the waitlist from EA and was accepted during the Nov. Round decisions.

Did you do something additional after the WL results to show your interest? Even I was WLed in EA and have been wondering what all could I do to improve my chances.

Hi demonawaits - First of all, good luck! I know that being on the waitlist was not an easy experience and definitely requires patience. I was waitlisted at two schools and that led me to believe there was one or two things in particular that I must have missed in my application, so I went back into my applications and tried to figure out what was the weak link. For me, I think it was my quantitative section, which I didn't have any experience as undergrad/college classes in, so I enrolled in two online classes - Accounting and Statistics - in order to boost that section; then I sent an email a few weeks ago to each of the schools once I had completed the classes informing them of my desire to remain on the waitlist/interest in the school, as well as my grades in the courses. I also reached out to a mentor and asked for them to write a supplementary letter of recommendation for me. Other tips I've heard for waitlist applicants is to get more involved in the community or take on a leadership project at work, etc. I hope this helps!
