Hello, I was able to reach out to the Cornell admissions team today and they told me that I am waitlisted. Any inputs on what to improve in the coming period will be extremely helpful.

Bummer- at least it is not a rejection! It looks like the students who listed themselves as waitlisted via the Decision Tracker last year all got admitted, if that offers some hope. Do you have admission decisions from all the other schools you applied to?

RPSingh18 it might be worth reaching out to any current students you know in the program and ask for a referral for someone who got accepted off the waitlist last year or prior. They could give a first-hand account for steps they took to get accepted off the list, if they took any steps at all. Your profile lists Johnson '22. Did you apply for the Johnson two-year program or Cornell Tech?

Round 1 applicant here. Received my interview invite yesterday. Any tips for case study? Or any prep I should do before I even get that case study? Is it a Consulting ( MBB) type case study?

To give all candidates an equal chance, I would suggest that we refrain from sharing this kind of information here. You will get the case about 48 hours before the interview, which is more than sufficient time for preparations.
