Hi Samruddhi2199,
If you list a GMAT Score (any GMAT Score) on your application, then when/if the School's Admissions Committee considers inviting you to attend School, then someone from the School will almost certainly confirm your Official GMAT Score (by accessing the Official Score Report that you gave the School access to). If you apply to a School that does not actually require a GMAT/GRE Score as part of the application, then if you don't include that Score information on your application, then it seems unlikely that the School's reps would seek out a Score Report (since you would not have given them any data that they would need to confirm). It's possible that the School might search your name regardless (to see if you actually have an Official Score on file), but that's a moot point as there isn't anything that you could do under those circumstances to stop it (especially if you granted that School access to Report in the first place).
Before I can offer you any additional advice for your studies, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
Studies:
1) How did you score on your 1st attempt (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores)?
2) How long have you studied in total? How many hours do you typically study each week?
3) What study materials have you used so far?
4) On what dates (or approximate dates) did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
Goals:
5) What is your overall goal score?
6) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?
