Hi Jeff,
1) IR section is relatively new one and even the Official Guide doesn't include IR questions, although it has an access code to 125 IR questions online. The app doesn't have any IR questions as most of our partners are still figuring out what exactly the new section is. As you may know we are selling Manhattan GMAT books inside of the app and we are going to add their IR book as soon as it becomes available.
2) As I said early the new OG guide has an access code to 125 IR questions online. It should be enough to get an idea. As you may know IR questions are not included into calculation of the main score and for me they are just a modified AWA section that is far less important than the quant and verbal sections. Anyway, I would recommend to start with the new OG guide and then figure out whether you need more practice or it's better to focus on the main sections.

Thanks walker for the OG13 update. That is what I called FAST service. 
By the way, I got an ipod touch 4G as a gift so now I will be using the Toolkit on both 2G and 4G. 
Also, can you incorporate something on the Toolkit so it can record mock test scores along with the breakdowns AND plot them on to a graph similar to the GMAT score estimator on this forum?
