I will take TOEFL exam on 29th Feb, but I'm having difficult time to know academic words in the reading section , its really discouraging to not know +20 words in one passage, how do you guys manage this ? or do I have to learn these academic words ? is there any book that helps with this issue

You shouldn't be memorizing these 20+ words that you mentioned, simply because TOEFl intentionally bring advanced reading passages which use advanced vocabulary, not to test the amount of vocabulary, but how you can fill the gaps and anticipate the meaning according to the context. But after finishing the reading comprehension mock test, you should have a look at the meaning of these words to know to what extent were you able to predict what the author wanted to tell.
