m +5 < 3/2 => m < ( 3/2-10/2)
m< -7/2 , m < -3 1/2
.: value of m could be -3 3/4

\(m<\frac{3}{2}-5\)

\(m<\frac{3-10}{2}\)

\(m<\frac{-7}{2}\) or \(m<\frac{-14}{4}\)

\(\frac{-15}{4} < \frac{-14}{4}\) (Since denominator is the same)

So \(m\) can be \(\frac{-15}{4}\)

Answer is (A)

\(m+5 < \frac{3}{2}\)
m<-3.5

A. \(-\frac{15}{4}\) = -3.75<-3.5 Correct
B. \(-\frac{7}{2}\) = -3.5=-3.5 Incorrect
C. \(-2\)>-3.5 Incorrect
D. \(\frac{7}{2}\)>-3.5 Incorrect
