I would appreciate a review of my profile as mentioned below. I have started with my applications but I need some addvice about the target schools that I've set.
I would also be looking to get scholarships from various schools.
My Profile
Nationality: Indian
Age: 28 years
Gender: Male
GMAT score: 720
Work experience: 5.5 years
Current Industry: E-commerce
Previous Industries: Service Delivery/ Engg & Tech(Manufacturing)
I joined an Engg & Tech firm and worked there in production division. I handled various projects related to productivity improvement. Thereafter, I joined a service delivery firm where I worked with multiple US based clients. I also handled multiple teams working on different projects. I then switched to an E-commerce startup in healthcare secor in early 2016 where I worked as Manager- Strategic Procurement.
Undergrad school/ Major: Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from Pune University
Undergrad percentage: 56 (Higher second class)
Extracurricular activities:
• Worked with an NGO as a mentor to kids from underpriviliged backgrounds
• Worked for a CSR initiative run by my first employer
• Founded sports clubs in my present organization which is a startup
• Member of a few sports committees which organized recreational events when I worked with my previous employer
Target career stream: Operations management
Target schools: Ross, CMU Tepper, UNC, McCoombs, Kelley

Thanks for posting! I'm definitely impressed with your extracurrculars and encourage you to keep up the good work. Your work experience sounds interesting too. Hopefully you've had a chance to take on increasing levels of responsibility and also manage larger teams at work, which will set you apart from other engineers similar to you. One area in your profile that seems a little on the lower end is your undergraduate GPA. Go back to your transcript and evaluate the classes that brought your GPA down. If a consistent theme is quantitative classes, you may want to take a stats class prior to submitting your applications just to prove your quantitative ability a bit more. (Although certainly a strong Quant score on the GMAT also helps, a class would not be remiss!) I think you've put together a realistic group of schools to target too -- well done there.
