Hi, and thanks for writing! Without GMAT it's a bit challenging to weigh in on your target schools, but a 720+ on GMAT will be important for putting you in range for those programs. It sounds like you're building good work experience - seek out as many leadership opportunities as possible (perhaps mentoring analysts/associates). Same in your extracurricular activities - strive for impact within your church involvements. Aside from that, make sure that you take the time to thoroughly research the programs - conveying fit and executing a strong application also lead to success. Hope that helps a bit

Dear Admission Consultants,
I am planning to apply MBA in 2 years time (2021 Intake) and I haven't taken the GMAT. I am targeting schools in US/UK (M7, LBS, Cambridge).
I wish to know: i) my chances at target schools and ii) areas I should improve on.
My profile:
- Male, Hong Kong, 24 years old
Education:
- Postgrad: Global top 20 b school, Finance, distinction (GPA: 3.7+)
- Undergrad: UK top 10 uni, Accounting and Finance, high 2:1 (GPA: 3.6)
GMAT:
- N/A (I believe 740+ is too high for me, would target for 700+)
Work Experience:
- Industry: Transaction Advisory Services
- Incoming Senior Associate under second-tier accounting firm, expected to perform due diligence work for buy-side and sell-side M&A deals
Past Two Year Experience:
- Industry: Valuation & Advisory
- Worked in over seventy valuation assignments, including business valuation for fundraising and transaction purposes
- Worked in a well-established valuation firm, working on excel/modelling day to day
- Worked in valuation start-up (assisted my boss to develop new business services i.e. building model and report templates)
Professional Qualification:
- CAIA Charterholder
- Passed all FRM exams
- Passed CFA Level II
Extracurricular Activities:
- Undergrad: student leading positions in student council, HK student society and music club (as founder and chairperson)
- Postgrad: research analyst at value investing club
- Now: serving in church as choir accompanist, youth fellowship committee
