What sort of GMAT score are you expecting?
IIMA looks good, for ISB you should showcase why MBA now as you are on the higher side of work ex.
The work ex requirement at IIMB has been reducing in the last couple of years and they mention 12 years as the higher side when the program starts. So you may wish to keep that as a backup.
What I see in your post is a strong reason to pursue an MBA (and at this stage). This will be the most critical piece of your application. You can get started on your research by reading

Educational details:
10th and 12th from MP board in 1997 and 1999 respectively with 57% and 51% marks.
BSc in Chemistry, 2000-2003, 50% marks.
MBA from IMM New Delhi Aug 2005 to June 2007. Major subject Marketing 72% marks.
Overall an average student who never performed to his potential.
Professional details:
April’07 to Oct’08 – Ranbaxy Fine Chemicals – ( Marketing exec) Handled sales of the Whole range of Fine chemical & Specialty chemical, in the Hyderabad region. relationship building with key customers, worked with BD & Product development team for development of new accounts appointing new distributors to win untapped business in the assigned territory .
Oct’08 to Aug’11 – ( Associate Sales Mgr (Package Business)) Praxair India – Sale of packaged & speciality gases & development of new package gas delivery models. won orders from clients GE BHEL gas turbines & other Pharma Clients
Aug’11 to Jul’12 – Nalco Waters (Account Manager (Oil & Gas Business)) – head the development & management of all accounts in India. Maintained close relationship with customers; spearheaded new revenue generation activities. Worked with Marketing & R&D for new formulation development. Implementation of new Flow Assurance project with ONGC on turnkey basis which was a unique success for Asia pacific oil field operations.
Jun’13 till date – Praxair India Pvt Ltd ( Sales Manager (Bulk Business) )– Recruited to head startup of new territory in central India. working as a Manager conducted data analysis of survey data for supporting market research studies , identified key focus areas & attained highest market share in one vertical . Orchestrated and led setting up of new bottling plant in territory.

The big question: With 11 years of experience and the experienced described as above will IIMA or IIMB PGPX be suitable or ISB PGP? Please share your thoughts. How is the XLRI PGDM (GM) ?
