Since X^6 is an even power, any negative integer from negative infinity to 0 would be greater than X^3 ( which is an odd power). However, in the range [0,1] (- notice the square brackets meaning inclusive), X^6 will be less than or equal to X^3.

Therefore, the given statement is true for all X except [0,1] => x∈ (-∞, 0 ) ∪ (1, ∞)
