Hello All,

Quick question - for Stanford do I have to submit an official score report for R2 or can I just type in my scores and they are verified if I am accepted?

Thanks

You cannot submit an official report. You can instruct GMAC to send your official results to schools you want. It's explicitly written on the GSB's website. Why do even people ask such questions?)) After all you got 740, don't save $28 on a score report for a 200k degree (if you have sent 5 free reports already).

App submitted. Glad to have that over with; I am SO sick of reading my essay. I used to think it was brilliant. Now I can hardly stand to look at it.

Best of luck to everyone,

Drilling, think about what they are actually asking... They are asking if they need to send an official score during the application process or after they receive admittance into the program. They were not asking if they, physically themselves, have to submit an official score, but whether or not they need to request the official score, from GMAC, while the application is being processed. E.G. Harvard requires the official score during review, Georgetown requires submission of an official score after acceptance.

I've never been more relieved to submit my app...I spent so long on my essays that the words just didn't even make sense anymore.

tfidy,

Thanks you. this is exactly what I meant, why waste $28 if you only need to verify it once your accepted. Regardless of the cost of the MBA I dont like to waste money - even if $28 isn't much in your eyes.

It says in the Application Materials section https://www.gsb.stanford.edu/programs/mb ... s/gmat-gre
As I understood they want you to report your official scores.

Invitations are coming out from the 8th of february until the 8th of march so I guess we will have to wait for at least a couple of weeks.
