Hey folks!

How are people submitting the Pick 6 essay? I know it has to be saved as a .pdf but are you creating the file in Powerpoint or Word?

My application status says incomplete because they haven't received the TOEFL score report. They will get it directly from ETS right?
Or is there something I have to send?

I just tried submitting the application for the full-time. However, it says I need 3 recommendations including one EQ Recommendation. Has anyone encountered this problem?

What's the problem you're referring to? NYU is different from many other schools in that it requires a third rec letter, which is a unique EQ recommendation with a different prompt.


And I submitted my Pick 6 as a pdf version of a Word document where I had pasted my pictures and sentences

So stoked. NYU was my target after I absolutely hated the Columbia info session (and subsequently got rejected haha), the culture is just so much better in my experience (grad school only being considered here). No curveball questions for me but I came from a very non-traditional background and spent most of the interview expanding on that

I was trying to figure that out because the admit website doesn't have it. Online it says they combine weekends with R2 and it's in April.

I did. But that was after I received an interview invite. It is such a nice initiative. I am not sure if other schools do this. And Stern students seem to be a helpful lot. In comparison I had a bad experience with Cornell (so much for the community culture)
