Anyone know how strict Kellogg is about the 14 day interview completion deadline (from the time the mail is received)?

I had issues, reached out to Kellogg Admissions. They replied to say they're gonna rematch me in a week or two.

Given that the Kellog interviews are longer than other colleges interviews, is it okay if our Why Kellog? and Why You? answers spill to 4 minutes each. I know its very long but wanted some insights from others.

I think it depends on the interview. I saw a video on YouTube where an alum said that he had interviewed some candidates for 2-3 hours. I think in such circumstances you can afford to take longer to answer each question but most of the interviews are between 30-45 mins especially after Covid when most of them are done online now. So, I would be on the safe side and prepare the shorter version and if the interview tends to take longer then use the 4 min answers if there is no time pressure.
