My boss asked me a question about the recommendation letter, he said that it has 2 questions and each of them has to be 500 words? That's way too much he said lol. Anybody got an idea?

I applied on 23rd Sep and got the approval mail in around 12 hours. I am not sure if they are actively giving it to everyone or a case on case basis? What's your status, have you got it approved?

Hi all, curious what you put for starting and ending salary on the application. I know my starting salary, but in Feb of 2022, I am guaranteed additional compensation due to stock vests. It would be ~30k more annually, so should I put "ending compensation" as the amount I make now, or the amount I am expected to make (I can calculate the exact number, and I will get it as long I don’t quit)
