Anyone waitlisted in R1 who heard back yet?

My waitlist was converted a few weeks back

It’s spring break for Kellogg from March 18-26th, so it’s very unlikely that anyone will hear back from the school anytime before 28th now.

Is there a KIRA interview and another interview or just the second?

There are three questions that you are asked on KIRA platform, which is optional (so I suspect carries very little weightage). Kellogg then invites you to a 1:1 interview, pretty much like other b-schools...

Nush30 , Are these 3 KIRA questions same for everyone?

I believe so...the school has published first two questions on their website, so they are same for everyone. The third question for most applicants I know (and for myself) was a behavioral question on ’conflict resolution in team setting’, so looks like most applicants this year got same three questions Here are the three questions I got: 1. Please introduce yourself to the admissions committee. (60 seconds) 2. What path are you interested in pursuing, how will you get there, and why is this program right for you? (60 seconds) 3. Talk about a time where you resolved a conflict in a team setting and how did that drive favorable outcomes? What was your learning from the experience? (60 seconds - exact phrasing was a little different for this one) For each question, you get 20 seconds to articulate response on your end before system starts recording

I think the first two questions are same for everyone. However, the third question may be different in some cases. The three questions I got were: 1. Please introduce yourself to the admissions committee. 2. What path are you interested in pursuing, how will you get there, and why is this program right for you? 3. Tell us about a time when you worked in a diverse setting. What were some of the challenges you faced and what was your learning?
