I wanted to register five months in advance for GMAT test. But on registration panel there are no dates available for selection for both test centers in Mumbai in month of November. Does it mean that portal is no yet open for registration in that time period? Is there a specific time in which the dates will be available? If yes please tell so i can book the test dates.

There are a number of different reasons why you might not be able to set an amount right now. To start, Test Facilities are generally small - and can only accommodate a certain number of Test Takers each day. While it's unlikely, it is possible that the available GMAT appointments for November have all already been filled. It's also possible that the Facilities that you mentioned administer additional Exams besides the GMAT, so you might be attempting to schedule an appointment against a much larger pool of people who are also attempting to do so; this would obviously limit the number of available 'spots' at any given time. Considering the impact that the Covid-19 virus has had around the world, it's also possible that the Facility has not set a date to reopen yet (so the administrators aren't allowing anyone to schedule appointments right now). It might be worthwhile to contact those Facilities directly and see if they can provide any additional information that would help you with your plans.
Beyond that advice, have you started studying for the GMAT yet? What is your Score Goal and how have you been scoring on your practice CATs/mocks?

syunus26 - Please realize that testing has resumed only in selected India locations, and, unfortunately, testing is currently suspended in Mumbai. For now, testing is suspended until July 1, meaning you can neither take the test nor book an appointment for the future.
