1) Alice sent a total of 480 mails from Monday to Thursday.
2) Alice sent at least 120 mails each day from Monday to Friday.

However obvious it may be, I think the takeaway from this problem is that if you evaluate the sufficiency of the statements sequentially you must also remember to assess whether the 2nd statement is sufficient on its own.
