In terms of the sign-on bonus, I would put in the entering salary bonus field. As for the awarded stock, how much was it worth when it was awarded, that's likely the only way to present as a numerical value. I would enter it as a bonus in the employment section. It is a decent guide if you get it for free; however, I have not found any good application advice or material in it, just general info about the school available on the internet, so just like with a coupon you have bought on ebay, you seem to pay for someone's time to get it rather than a product itself. Anyone found anything useful there?

Trying to think of what might be helpful today. Maybe this: Some of you may be having recommender-induced-anxiety-attacks. All of a sudden your recommender is traveling, for example. What happens if they don't get the recommendation in by noon on Wednesday? We're used to this. This is how we handle it: We start to read your application if there is one submitted rec. We keep the online system open for a day or so after the deadline so, yes, we will accept late recommendations. It's your responsibility to make sure that your recs get submitted. We won't notify you if they are not. We'll just review your application with whatever is in your file. More tomorrow...

That will be your email address ... the one you have used to register with their site. P.S. They have an odd system but it is designed to prevent mass distribution of their content, which I understand.
