You should raise the issue with your Admission Officer. Maybe there are not many interviewers available in your country. In any case your AO will most likely try to find you a more accessible interviewer.

INSEAD websites says, "The latest date by which you can record the video is a week after the application deadline you are applying for."

On the other hand, I found the following statement in INSEAD Degree Programmes Application process Step by step guide 2017-2018:
"The latest date by which you can record the video is 48 hours after the application deadline you are applying for."

Does anyone have thoughts about this difference?

From my experience as R2 applicant, you have one week after the application deadline to submit the videos and not 48 hours.

It was pretty much conversational but at times was really interrogative...make sure you know the WHY? and WHY NOW? of an MBA and make sure you can explain WHY INSEAD? as well
