Hi guys,
I have an interview coming up with Mendoza (Zoom Interview), anyone know if this is will be a blind interview?
Any other insight into the interview process will also be appreciated.
Thanks!
Hi there,
Congratulations! Zoom interview is the final step in the Admissions process. You'll probably be interviewed by someone from the AdCom (Kristin McAndrews, Neil Mangus etc). Expect an interview that will run anywhere between 45 minutes to 1 hour (mine ran for an hour and 15 minutes). The interview itself is a pretty friendly one with questions like "Why MBA?", "Why Mendoza?", "Most challenging situation that you have faced?" etc. It will conclude with the AdCom member throwing a case study / guesstimation question at you. You will be given 7-8 minutes to prepare and then asked to present an explanation for the answer you came up with. As an example, the question that was put forth to me was to estimate the "number of words in all the non-fiction books in India".
Also, do refer to the excellent post by
KTandon on the previous page. That should also give you an idea of what to expect from the interview.
Good luck!
