thanks. i was pretty lost in the essay though. struggled between generalizing a period of my career as a success and specifically describing an individual success. In the end I chose the latter coz I thought the resume itself would reflect my career path. Hopefully the adcom will buy the story.
My app killer is I have no background of business. Sigh
