I am a Canadian citizen, but originally from India. Also, moved to Canada as an undergrad, so I can relate to your concerns.
When you are not working, have no education and no other career prospectus, this type of gamble works or rather makes a bit of a more sense - as it did with me - 15 years ago.
But MBA is a different story. Do you have a stable career with chances of progress? As put by akpiper86, do you absolutely need an MBA? Not just fees and expenses, have you accounted for opportunity costs? And always, the actual costs will be higher than what you see on website - they alway have a disclaimer too. Are you willing to go through the hell - called H1B lottery and then the long road to Green Card? What about family during that time?
My advice?
Apply and work hard to make it work to its fullest. ONLY IF, you are willing to and able to bear the worst case scenario - that is you have to go back. Is it financially viable for you? If yes, it is a calculated risk you will be taking and IF NOT, it is a gamble.
So, from purely financial point of view, it depends on your risk appetite and depth of pocket. Other factors... only you can answer for yourself.
