Hello everybody! I heard from a current student that Foster has started sending out decision emails. Anyone heard anything yet? Also as per burningcole "I would bet the acceptance rate for people with interviews is (at least) 50%." is this half of f2f interviews or video+f2f?

I haven't heard anything yet. Deadline is Monday and pretty good chance there will be no calls/emails over the weekend. It would not be much fun for most of us if they started making calls early. It would be brutal to have to wait all weekend when all/most the admits have been announced. Last year the deadline was over the weekend so decisions came out on Thursday I think. I would expect all decisions will come out on Monday. If you think about it, due to the small class size, they don't have to make too many admittance phone calls. But I could be wrong, maybe they'll start Thursday or Friday.

My guesstimated 50 percent acceptance rate is if you get an interview (video doesn't count), so either an interview or a video + interview.

I interviewed with a member from AdCom a little over two weeks ago. At the end of the interview, she let me know that I would be contacted before the Dec 15th deadline. From that conversation, it seems like they were planning on sending out decisions this week since the deadline is Monday! Still no word yet though...

My interviewer said the same thing. I think we will start hearing from them this week. I'm hoping for sooner (today would be nice - lol!) rather than later :)

I interviewed with a member of AdCom in early November, I vaguely remember hearing decisions would be out on the 15th. I don't know why we are speculating... going to have my phone on loud and checking this site every day anyways...

Alas the most recent information is probably the best. If multiple people are reporting that we should hear before the 15th then tomorrow and Friday should be informative. Next week will be nerve wracking waiting for Foster, McCombs, and Kellogg. One admit... all I need... it would be nice to know I don't "need" to do any R2 applications.

I am also waiting for Foster, McCombs, and Kellogg decisions! I keep reminding myself I only need one admit. If I hear one "yes," then the rest of the waiting will be so much more relaxed. Best of luck, burningcole (and everyone else)!

Just got the call from Erin Town!!! I am so happy. Apparently they will send me an email in the next hour or two with the offer and scholarship info (I specifically asked about scholarship, she said I got one and details would be included in the email). 4:45 EST

First of all congratulations to you. I also received admit mail at foster (its night time here in India so no call),.

Could you tell me that scholarship is mentioned in your admit mail or there will be separate mail (second mail) for scholarship,
my admit mail doesn't say anything about scholarship, so little worried...Pls reply

So finally some update. Wait-listed W/O the interview (I was not invited for the F2F post my video interview). Don't think I can do anything about it... pretty much expected. Hopefully some good news comes from other places next week.

Congrats on your admit! And the scholarship for surely rounds it off well.

I also got an admission offer mail, but am yet to receive any scholarship mail. Was the scholarship mail an addendum to your admit mail or it came separately?

Excited. Will be choosing between Olin $$$, Foster$$ and Purdue$$.
