Thanks man! I got interviews from all schools except GT, and i am really curious whats the reason why they are so uninterested to even not call me for interview. My gmat and the whole app is well worked, and my post-mba goals are very good fit for the school focus. The only thing i can think of is WE of 11 years, but other schools didnt care. And Scheller alums said there were people on class with even larger experience.

I don't get this question on the online application form:
"Are you currently employed or on leave of absence from employment?" It has to be answered with a 'Yes' or 'No'
What is the question trying to ask? Is this a typo error (employed instead of unemployed) or am I missing something here?
