Hello, so I did the GMAT again and got the exact same score 740 (q50 v40), even though the exam felt much, much tougher
Any way - simple question, should I cancel or reinstate? I was thinking on one hand it could look bad that I tried to improve the score and didn't, but on the other hand it could remove any doubt that the 740 was a "fluke".
Would appreciate any advice, thanks!
Any score like 740 should never be cancelled. It will atleast reflect in your score card that you tried to improve and landed up at the same mark however cancelling score might tempt the observers to know if you got bad score than the previous score.
740 score is awesome so at first the question that pops in my head is why at first did you take the test again? But irrespective of this answer, you must retain the score and not cancel it at all.
I hope this helps!
