Do colleges consider the latest latest/best GMAT scores or the 1st one? Do they keep any record of how many GMAT attempts we make ? If so, why do people cancel scores?

too bad you raised this topic. Colleges scan such queries on forums and from now on they will make a note that you may have made several attempts. sorry, bro, too bad(((
And they also look for people who post uneducated and misled and stupid things too! They have so much time and resources that they really don't reach anything, they just scan the internets. What a silly reply!
Nobody scans nothing. There are easier ways for MBA Programs (not colleges, at least not in the US, the are not colleges) to check if someone has taken the GMAT Multiple times and they frankly, usually let the applicant pick the score they want considered. It does not matter in almost situations if one has taken the GMAT multiple times.
