Had mine yesterday. It was fairly straightforward, as the time is limited.

I started off with my presentation. Brought some high level notes with me for reference. She interrupted once during the presentation to ask a question, and at the end she asked two follow-ups based on my position.

Afterwards, she asked me to walk through my professional experiences to how I got to where I am today, with a hint to explain why an MBA. She also asked about why Cornell Tech specifically. I don’t recall if there was one question after that; there might have been. Then we were running out of time, so I asked her my own questions.

Is the interview process multiple rounds? I was invited for an interview but it is unclear if there are additional interviews to follow. I want to make sure I visit in person if possible but I would only be able to make 1 trip.

Basically the interview is half based on case study that you have to present on. The other half is normal interview stuff. They’ll email you details about the case study two days before your interview.

How long does it take for status-under review to change to an Interview call or a Reject? My R3 application is still in the Under Review Stage. :( :(

I don't have a direct answer to your question, but I applied R3 and got an interview invite last Monday (1/14), and then my status immediately changed to "Schedule Interview."

In my interview I was told that they were interviewing more people than normal this round, and that it would take about 3 weeks to receive my decision, so sometime in the 2nd week of February. I would imagine that most people will have a decision by around that time as well. So, don't give up hope yet, there is still a bit longer to wait!
