Hi
Jsesicasmith, no, I definitely do not think your GPA is a dealbreaker at all. Econ is a challenging major and you went to an ivy school. Your profile seems to really be a great shape, from what I can tell. Were you promoted after 2 years in the BD role? Did you have opportunities for leadership there?
There is not a lot you can do at this stage to improve your profile, that won't appear phony. Try to maximize already established stuff. Try to get a board position at the nonprofit where you have already served for a few years. That kind of thing. Maximize.
I have a series of 10 articles about improving your profile

I only plan to apply to Sloan, HBS, Stanford, and Yale. Maybe Berkeley as well. I will apply to Sloan R1 and H/S/Y R2.
Is my GPA a disqualifier based on my profile below? Any feedback on how I can make my app stronger over the next couple months for R2?
