If a six-sided polygon has 3 sides of length x + y each, and 3 sides of length x – y each, what is its perimeter?

(A) 3x
(B) 3y
(C) 6x
(D) 6y
(E) 6x – 6y

Perimeter = 3(x+y)+3(x-y) = 6x

IMO C
