Interview to acceptance

Question

Apologies if this has already been asked, I'm new to the Forum. But what is the timeline from completing the interview to getting a decision? I applied Dec 28, and got an interview invite today, so was just wondering, once completed how long it will take to get a decision due to rolling admissions?

Historically it has been pretty fast. I want to say it was around a week for most people. Mine was 3 days.

If it is a rolling process, usually they will update the decision with 7-8 working days, If it is a deadline process, you will get a mail for the decision release date.

Which programs (among US Top-30) release decisions on a rolling basis? I couldn't find much information online.

To which schools are you referring? Most M7 schools start interview invitations 1-4 weeks after R2 submissions, but some extend interview invites until late Feb / early March. Most M7s also provide final acceptance/rejection/wait-list decision on or around the specific date that they specify on their websites. Most well-known business schools have forums on this website. If you want to see if people are already getting interview invites, you can look at the school specific forums on this website. However, that may make you crazy and not do much good. Keep in mind that interview invites are often geographically lumpy (especially for remote international interviewing by alums), so just because somebody has gotten an interview in Mumbai doesn't necessarily imply that you won't get an interview in Paris next week. Keep your chin up and try not to let yourself go crazy needlessly!

I had 2 interview on the 3ed and 11th of January and the results came out 18th and 22nd of January respectively. 
I would say it takes a little over 10 working days

I’ve seen as fast as a couple days, to as slow as a couple weeks. Can depend on a few factors (they don’t meet to make decisions everyday, they may have higher volumes this time of year and slow down...).
