Currently, my verbal score is in the range of 24-28 for the last month. My CR and SC skills are moderate but I struggle a lot with RC.
My typical time a short passage with 3 questions is 10mins with around 66% accuracy.
My typical time a CR question is 160secs with around 80% accuracy.
My typical time a CR question is 130secs with around 70% accuracy.
At the and I left with 12-14 questions with no time. I am not able to improve the timing in spite of solving so many questions(E-gmat and OG). Increase speed results at a much lower accuracy level.
Currently, I am on sabbatical and I have a full 1.5 months in my hand for intense preparation. I am looking for a score around V35.
Please help to strategize my preparation.

May be u lack with the basics....First go through them....Twice or thrice...Until unless...If u image a question...Say s-v error or a verb related or a parallelism one....U have know wats to be done next....After that u have worry about ur timing....
Without timing if you could reach 90% accuracy...Then can focus on timing.....Good luck!

i am also struggling with the same problem. i don't think egmat RC will help you a lot in this case ( at least not in my case ) but i find Manhahattan Prep book specially for RC is quite help full . It starts with very basic but as you advance, it teaches you how to structure the passage but again making most of it your reading skills should be good thats why i would recommend you to read lot of challenging articles like science , humanitarian , history etc. for that i would recommend you two sites 1) Oxford University Press's Academic Insights 2) The economist . Remember RC is not all about tricks and method it improves as you improve you reading and comprehend skills thats why it takes time . But i think one month will be enough for you and you can definitely get a good grasp on it just give it what it takes . Good luck .
