What makes your profile unique?
· I have studied in one of the most renowned university of Germany (Technische Universitat Munchen, TUM) for a semester
· I have also been to South Korea for Summer School (Kyungpook National University)
· I have worked with a diverse set of clients ranging from investment fund to Government Ministries and Departments.
Let's see
A GRE score of 316 that translates to GMAT score of 630.
I understand you're interested in a full time MBA but what universities are you targeting?
If you're asking
1. whether the Work experience is sufficient in quantity and quality- yes
2. whether the Prestige of college would be considered - yes , and might I say, distinctive, given an IIT tag, I suppose those are most prestigious in India
3. whether you've shown enough in work experience- no, you need to show what your role was, what quality of yours helped the company in a way, in what way were you an asset in a project
If you're targeting top 10 universities according to US News ranking, I believe it's a long shot. GMAT/GRE scores do matter. Harvard says it wouldn't care about a GMAT Score if there's a 7 in front of it, but your GRE score translates to 630. If you want to increase your chances at Top Bschools, I'd suggest retaking the GRE or GMAT which ever suits you. If you're targeting universities beyond top 20, you may take a shot. But currently, I'd say to 25 to 40 is a viable option.
Also if you just increase your verbal score to 158-159 (preferably 160) and quant to 165. It bring you in light of top 10.
Other thing are fine
