A lot of changes in the question, this is the third one I am solving, should get 3 kudos. ;)

The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapts to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, thus enabling it to eat a broad diet that may include manure, insects and grubs, and household trash without inducing gastrointestinal distress.

This is an easy question. To get the answer correct you need to look at two important things.
SV - The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig IT SHOULD HAVE ADAPT because the things are compounded together.
COMPARISON - The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig vs The stomach and intestines of any other animal ever studied

Now let's get to POE.

(A) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, thus enabling it
Incorrect because of both the issues discussed above.

(B) Because the stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than do those of any other animal ever studied, it enables them
This is incorrect because of the incorrect THEM. Enables refer to pot-bellied pig it is singular.

(C) Because they adapt to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, the stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig enable it
This is incorrect as the comparison is faulty.

(D) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than does any other animal ever studied, enabling them
This is incorrect because of the incorrect THEM. Enables refer to pot-bellied pig it is singular. and also the comparison is wrong.

(E) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than do those of any other animal ever studied, enabling it
This is the correct choice, rectifies all the issues mentioned above.

E IMO

Below are my reasons to eliminate each option.

The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapts to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, thus enabling it to eat a broad diet that may include manure, insects and grubs, and household trash without inducing gastrointestinal distress.

(A) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, thus enabling it
"more quickly than any other animal" is wrong. It seems like pig adapts to new foods than an animal. Comparison is between "stomach and intestines of pig" to those of "any other animal".

(B) Because the stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than do those of any other animal ever studied, it enables them
Comparison is fixed here, however "it enables them" is wrong. Singular "it" can refer to "stomach and intestines".

(C) Because they adapt to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, the stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig enable it
Same as A. Comparison is faulty.

(D) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than does any other animal ever studied, enabling them
Comparison is faulty. Now we are comparing "stomach and intestines" of pig to "any other animal".

(E) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than do those of any other animal ever studied, enabling it
Correct. "stomach and intestines" are compared to "those of any other animal", "enabling it" is correct as well, it signifies "stomach and intestines" enable pig to do x, y, z.

Answer is E

A) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, thus enabling it

wrong. This is not necessary here. Also, the comparison of stomach to other animals is wrong.

(B) Because the stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than do those of any other animal ever studied, it enables them

Wrong. Pig is singular not plural

(C) Because they adapt to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, the stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig enable it

Wrong. They is plural while pig is singular. Also, stomach and intestines comparison to other animals is wrong here

(D) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than does any other animal ever studied, enabling them

Wrong. Pig is singular, so should not be them but it.

(E) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than do those of any other animal ever studied, enabling it

Correct.
The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapts to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, thus enabling it to eat a broad diet that may include manure, insects and grubs, and household trash without inducing gastrointestinal distress.

(A) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, thus enabling it
(B) Because the stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than do those of any other animal ever studied, it enables them
(C) Because they adapt to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, the stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig enable it

(E) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than do those of any other animal ever studied, enabling it
This is a parallelism question wherein 'X more ..than Y' is the structure.
x= stomach and intestines of pot-bellied pig
y = any other animal
Hence x and Y are not parallel
POE:

(A) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, thus enabling it --> Incorrect as described above
(B) Because the stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than do those of any other animal ever studied, it enables them --> Incorrect as 'it' and 'them' add pronoun ambiguity to the sentence
(C) Because they adapt to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, the stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig enable it --> Incorrect as meaning error : here 'because pigs adapt to new foods their stomach and intestines enable them to eat' is a wrong causal effect relation. the meaning has been changed
(D) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than does any other animal ever studied, enabling them : Incorrect as X and Y are not parallel.
(E) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than do those of any other animal ever studied, enabling it ---> Correct as X and Y are parallel . Here those represents ' the stomach and intestines'. hence perfect.

Option E is the answer.

This one is about comparisons and usage of pronouns.

The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, thus enabling it DDDD to eat a broad diet that may include manure, insects and grubs, and household trash without inducing gastrointestinal distress.

Error Analysis

Stomach and intestines are being compared with "any other animal" with the current usage of than, so clearly incorrect. Also, "thus" after comma is not necessary so we can have a more concise sentence if we avoid the usage of that word.

(A) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, thus enabling it - Incorrect per error analysis
(B) Because the stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than do those of any other animal ever studied, it enables them - in the original sentence the pronoun "it" is clearly referring to the pig, so the usage of them pronoun distorts the meaning
(C) Because they adapt to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, the stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig enable it - Incorrect per error analysis
(D) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than does any other animal ever studied, enabling them - any other animal incorrect comparison. Also usage of pronoun them is incorrect
(E) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than do those of any other animal ever studied, enabling it - Seem good!

(E) is our answer

The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapts to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, thus enabling it to eat a broad diet that may include manure, insects and grubs, and household trash without inducing gastrointestinal distress.

(A) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, thus enabling it
Here "The stomach and intestines" and "any other animal" are compared and this is incorrect

(B) Because the stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than do those of any other animal ever studied, it enables them
Here we have a pronounce issue. First, "it" does not have a referent. Second, "them" refers to...other animals? and this distorts the meaning.

(C) Because they adapt to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, the stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig enable it
Again, "the stomach and intestines" and "any other animal" are compared and this is incorrect

(D) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than does any other animal ever studied, enabling them
First, "the stomach and intestines" and "any other animal" are compared and this is incorrect. Second, "them" refers to animals and this distorts the meaning

(E) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than do those of any other animal ever studied, enabling it

Correct

The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, thus enabling it to eat a broad diet that may include manure, insects and grubs, and household trash without inducing gastrointestinal distress.

(A) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, thus enabling it
This answer choice incorrectly compares "the stomach and intestines" to "any other animal ever studied", when the more logical comparison would be between the intestines of both animals.

(B) Because the stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than do those of any other animal ever studied, it enables them
This answer choice introduces a subject/verb agreement error.

(C) Because they adapt to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, the stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig enable it
I think choice E does a better job of clearly describing the relationship between the pig, the intestines, other animals, and the intestines of other animals.

(D) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than does any other animal ever studied, enabling them
This answer choice incorrectly compares "the stomach and intestines" to "any other animal ever studied", when the more logical comparison would be between the intestines of both animals.

(E) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than do those of any other animal ever studied, enabling it
I think that this answer choice does the best job of comparing the intestines of pot-bellied pigs and the intestines of other animals.

I think answer choice E is correct here.

This is Sentence Correction (SC) question, and we need to identify if the underlined section of the sentence is the correct option or there is a better option to choose from. Let us analyze each option separately:
(A) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, thus enabling it - In this option, stomach and intestines of a pig are compared to other animals, which does not make any logical sense. Also, it is not clear what the word "it" refers to. Incorrect
(B) Because the stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than do those of any other animal ever studied, it enables them - In this option, the word "pig" is in singular, but the word "them" is in plural, thus, there is no parallelism. Incorrect
(C) Because they adapt to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, the stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig enable it - In this option, again, the wrong comparison is made between other animals and stomach and intestines of a pig. Incorrect
(D) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than does any other animal ever studied, enabling them - In this option the comparison is made between stomach and intestines of a pig and other animals, which is logically incorrect. Incorrect
(E) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than do those of any other animal ever studied, enabling it - This option correctly uses parallelism, and the comparison between stomach and intestines of a pig and those of other animals is made. Correct

IMO correct answer is E

The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapts to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, thus enabling it to eat a broad diet that may include manure, insects and grubs, and household trash without inducing gastrointestinal distress.

(A) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, thus enabling it - Incorrect comparison here, two things compared are "The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt" & "any other animal" - Correct comparison should have been between pot-bellied Pig or any other animal OR The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig with those of other animals - Incorrect
(B) Because the stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than do those of any other animal ever studied, it enables them - "it" as a pronoun does not have any clear antecedent, "it" can refer back to pot-bellied pig or any other animal ; also "it" does not agree with the number of noun "the stomach and intestines" - it is plural noun - Cannot take "it", a singular pronoun (depending upon the meaning of the sentence) - Incorrect
(C) Because they adapt to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, the stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig enable it - Now again incorrect comparison here - "they adapt to new foods...." - here they is referring to "the stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig " & compared with "any other animal" - Incorrect.
(D) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than does any other animal ever studied, enabling them - enabling "them" - here "them" referring back to "pot-bellied pig", which is a singular noun, so incorrect usage of pronoun "them", a plural form referring back to a singular noun - Incorrect
(E) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than do those of any other animal ever studied, enabling it - Verb + ING modifier when used after comma, modifies the preceding clause - here, "enabling" is correctly used to modify the entire preceding clause "The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than do those of any other animal ever studied" ; Also, correct comparison in place as "The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig" compared with "do those of any other animal ever studied" - CORRECT

The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, thus enabling it to eat a broad diet that may include manure, insects and grubs, and household trash without inducing gastrointestinal distress.

Prethinking:

1) What are we trying to compare? (1) stomach and intestine of pot bellied pig to stomach and intestine of any other animal or (2)stomach and intestine of pot bellied pig to any other animal

(A) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, thus enabling it --- Comparison as stated above is not clear.

(B) Because the stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than do those of any other animal ever studied, it enables them ---- what does (it) is modifying here ..animal/pig or something else?

(C) Because they adapt to new foods more quickly than any other animal ever studied, the stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig enable it
the stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods than any other animal --- again wrong comparison

(D) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than does any other animal ever studied, enabling them
---- wrong comparison and them refers to plural subject whereas pig is singular

(E) The stomach and intestines of the pot-bellied pig adapt to new foods more quickly than do those of any other animal ever studied, enabling it
1) those refers to the stomach and intestines
2) it -- refers to pig.
