The premises talk about proliferation of low skilled jobs and the assumption that a lot of highly skilled people are going to be doing low skilled ones and hence not very satisfied .

I think B.
For Option A to be the correct choice one has to assume that only those levels of skills which match complex tasks would provide job satisfaction to an individual.
Could you please provide OE.
