Interesting wonder why they would only send that to some people and not publish it.
MV23
which also asked you not to post that information anywhere else

I am helping a few friends with applications and the ones who applied to Sloan did not receive any emails about interviews.
Also interesting that the email with dates specifically asks to not post the info anywhere and they don’t send to everyone. As a paranoid person, I would be worried that they could find out who I am if I did post such info.
I checked and did not see it but I am also an LGO applicant which seems to get different emails.

Looks as if they forgot to update this portion of the application. IDK why, but Sloan admissions has been lax this season. For one of the MIT on the Road event details e-mail they mentioned a wrong day for the corresponding date! Anomalies like these are surprising given that MIT is very meticulous about these things. Nonetheless, the event was awesome!

Nah... I applied to MIT twice, things like that are normal for them. Sending the interview dates to some and not others also sounds plausible. They do things "differently"
Just checking in before the real mess begins in a few weeks.. //grabs popcorn

Agreed - it's not surprising for them, but I'm always amazed by the seeming lack of detail for such a well-ranked program.
I emailed them to clarify and correct a wrong time for one of the On The Road events I was attending this summer. IDK if it was summer interns or an Adcom employee who had too much of the summer break mentality...

Hey, I see you are a current student, but your tracker doesn't show which school you joined. Did you join Sloan?
With all due respect, do you think I would be giving them a hard time if I did attend Sloan?

With all due respect, the choice was yours and you would have chosen the best for yourself. If you did actually convert that WL, you are surely in Sloan!

Yeah, I was doing a good job at ignoring this forum and my pending application until I saw this and the standard "You should apply to Sloan Round 2" email that I got today (I'm R1). Argh, I guess its time to start paying attention this stuff again!
