I received this “ The interview invitation process is highly selective, and we regret to inform you that you have not been invited to interview. Please note that this is not a final decision on your application; you will receive your final admission decision on March 12, 2024. Your application remains under review at this time. While we do require a completed interview for admission, it is possible that you would be invited to interview later in this round or in a following round. If your interview status should change, our office will notify you directly via email.” Is this a WL or reject?? Can someone please confirm?

it can be either.. and whether it is a WL or a rejection, you will know on the decision day i.e., on March 12

I got the same email. Not sure what to make of it. Waitlist or not waitlist?

I went to a Fuqua event where they mentioned you could schedule a 1:1 and they will "hint" at your app weaknesses. But they won’t give you a comprehensive review of your application. I would do this only in the event you are planning to reapply

I those of us who were not invited for interview received the same standard email. There are 3 possibilities, our status may change and we will be invited for interview, waitlisted or rejected on March 12.

Anyone who specifically got a "waitlist"?

For those WL/Dinged, if you ever want to talk or rant, I am here for you. It’s a tough process and remember that your self-worth is not tied to a school outcome. It suck to get the outcome but don’t let it define your outlook of yourself.

I mailed fuqua asking if I can consider this a WL and they replied “As our previous email indicated, this is not a final decision on your application. You may have the opportunity to interview at a later stage in this round. If this is the case, you will be notified directly by our office. Please feel free to submit updates to your application if there is something you think could enhance or impact your candidacy (e.g. a promotion, added community involvement, higher test scores, etc). Updates can be sent to application-processing@fuqua.duke.edu . Sending them as attachments is the best way to get them into your file in the correct spot. NOTE: Please report any new test scores by typing the information into the Test Score section of your portal. (Access your portal at https://admissions.fuqua.duke.edu/apply/status using your OneLink credentials.) Although the date you originally reported your scores will still be the only date visible to you, the Committee will be able to see your new scores. We appreciate your enthusiasm for Fuqua, and we look forward to our continued review of your application!”
